We do not offer returns or refunds on regular orders.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
To request a return:
- Inform us within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Share a clear unboxing video (without pauses) and product photos as proof.
Important:
- Return requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong-product claims.
- Without a proper unboxing video, we will be unable to process the claim.
