We do not offer returns or refunds on regular orders.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.

To request a return:

• Inform us within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Share a clear unboxing video (without pauses) and product photos as proof.

Important:

• Return requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong-product claims.
• Without a proper unboxing video, we will be unable to process the claim.

We ensure quality checks before dispatching every order.
